Most companies have higher-ranking officials participate in 6 Sigma Management, but iMarketKorea promotes an assertive development and participation culture of employees through the Junior Development Department Committee, as their own proposals are reflected in the tasks they carry out, resulting in an active and dynamic corporate culture.

In the 3 rd iMarketKorea Development Department Committee, 16 subjects will be selected with an emphasis on review of task efficiency through development of internal processes, and enhancement of customer satisfaction. This will be carried out until the end of November.

The Junior Development Department Committee, which started with 6 teams in 2005, has expanded to 13 teams in the first half of this year, thanks to active tasks and better than expected results, and have successfully carried out "Enhancement of Catalogue Search Function" and "Site Improvement for Convenience of Clients."

iMarketKorea supports the assertive participation of Juniors through morning strategic conferences each Tuesday, and carries out pre-workshops before task selection, mid-term reports and final reports to support in-depth discussions. Also, iMarketKorea raises the participation rate of Juniors by giving out cash bonuses of up to 1 million won based on results, as well as providing financial support for teambuilding.

CEO Hyun of iMarketKorea said, "To become a world- leader in B2B, unique services must be offered for the customer's satisfaction, along with IT technology and advanced purchase know-how, and this is possible only through continuous development and revolutionary activities. Such improvements do not happen overnight, and only in the best corporate culture.
