iMarketKorea enhances customer satisfaction through expanded logistics service

- Moved/expanded metropolitan logistics center to Suji, building the largest-scale logistics center in Korea

- Improved logistics service by expanding collection, shipping, and handling of items

iMarketKorea, the leading MRO company in Korea , has started to expand its logistics service in earnest. With the launch of the Yongin Suji Logistics Center on February 1, iMarketKorea is now equipped with the biggest logistics center in Korea . iMarketKorea plans to use this size advantage to enhance its services by expanding the range of items it collects, ships, and handles starting from March.

The newly opened Yongin Suji Metropolitan Logistics Center is 4 times the size of the previous Giheung Logistics Center . In 2007, iMarketKorea plans to move/expand 4 more of its existing logistics centers.

At the new Yongin Suji Metropolitan Logistics Center , iMarketKorea is now able to handle up to 4,500 boxes per day , compared to the 2,500-box limit of the previous Giheung Logistics Center . In the latter half of 2007, iMarketKorea will strategically move 4 more existing logistics centers to create the largest-scale logistics center network in Korea , to provide the best service to our customers.

iMarketKorea will also expand its shipping and collection services nationwide, and plans to further enhance collection and shipping speed. I n the past, collection services were concentrated in 30 regions, including Seoul , Gyeonggi, Busan, Gumi, and others. This expansion to a comprehensive national service will not only shorten delivery lead times, but is also expected to cut logistics costs for suppliers.

In addition, the shipping service that was previously only provided to 195 client companies will expand to all 800 of our client companies, and swifter and more efficient shipping services will be offered through the utilization of iMarketKorea's dedicated vehicles.

Furthermore, the criteria on the types of items we are able to handle will be alleviated, allowing iMarketKorea to provide logistics services on large items that weigh over 50kg, dangerous articles that weigh less than 10kg, and expensive articles under KRW 5 million. Also, iMarketKorea plans to fully prepare itself to swiftly respond to delivery for small quantity and small cost orders.
