iMarketKorea, the biggest domestic company specializing in MRO (CEO Man-Young Hyun, www.imarketkorea.com) established a sisterhood relationship with the Jung-gu District Office, linking one company with one dong (village) to help the marginalized on March 8.

iMarketKorea, which has made charity activities an everyday practice for all levels of their company, will help those in need along with other companies and the Jung-gu District Office through the "1 Employee ? 1 Household Care Program" under the established sisterhood ties.

iMarketKorea will sponsor 15 low income households in the Sindang 5 dong area. All employees will join a volunteer group to visit each household, keep them company, help out with household chores, improve living conditions, and deliver donations.

CEO Man-Young Hyun said, "This opportunity is made all the more meaningful by the fact that the voluntary activities originally carried out mainly by the "Serve Neighbors Charity Association," an internal volunteer group, will now be joined by all employees. We are always looking for new ideas from our employees of ways that we can contribute to the development of the local community."

The Serve Neighbors Charity Association of iMarketKorea was launched in November 2004, and makes regular visits to free food distribution centers at Namsan and local orphanages, and engaged in various volunteer activities, including the provision of necessities to the needy.
